Finally I've passed the level 18 requirement, and trying to go to the battlefield. I've been queuing for like 40 mins and nothing happened.. is this NORMAL???

That's a bit unusual, but it can happen. Battlefields require multiple people to queue into the same battle at the same time, We recommend you try joining at the beginning of the window - at about 12:00pm and 9:00pm - as that's when most people participate.
