Tips and Tricks for newcomers?

Anyone got any tips for some newcomers. I seem to have locked my might at 70k while everyone else is about to pass 150k within the 3rd day of the new server.

There are many ways to increase might

- refining your gears
- tier up your character ( green blue etc )
- leveling up!
- runes combining!

And the list keeps going and going!
